incubation

so i am now 28 weeks preggers. other than a bit of a blip at 16 weeks, its been pretty smooth sailing so far - oh well, other than the times i have umm, left the car hand brake off while parked on slight inclines, left the car windows open during a day, burnt my hand on my hair irons and other idiotic activities that i am going to blame on the little person growing inside me (so far no real consequences except very sore hand).
i know i am not the first person to do it but it is pretty weird having another human growing inside you, kicking and squirming around.
other than the weird physicality of it, it is odd not really knowing anything about them. i look at people on the train/etc and wonder if my child will turn out like any of them (hopefully not in the case of the train ride from sydney-newcastle). what will they be interested in - books? computer games? will they be fussy or easy going? how much of an influence do I (& Rohan) have on that, how much is already determined?
aaannnd of course...what the hell will they look like? not that it matters. although i do reguarly offer up a little prayer to the god of skin that he has rohans skin. please, please, please (for his sake).
i guess all will be revealed soon!
