week - ok, fortnight (maybe 3 week) ly wrap-up

i started the weekly wrap up section with such good intentions, but should have known better - lazy, lazy person that i am.

but in any case - progress on all fronts negligible. although i am working on a wedding website - a wedsite if you like ; ) all will be unveiled soon!

lowlights/highlights of the past little while:

i cant really not mention the bushfires in victoria. made even more tragic because one of those who perished was a close friend of mum's doug. too sad.

we came thisclose to buying a house that we really, really liked on the weekend but didnt offer enough. very bummed about it.

since the last post we have been to another wedding - cass and steves - so congratulations to them. reception at the lovely orso restaurant at The Spit, Mosman. very nice indeed.

aand we went to see the waifs! better than ever i reckon.
